Shipping policy

Delivery will be arranged to the address specified by you on the completed order form. To ensure you receive your order safely, please give a daytime address where someone can sign for the delivery. An adult signature is required on all deliveries.

We cannot arrange deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.

Neither the ClipBandits nor the carrier will be liable for non-receipt of the goods. We will arrange for delivery to the address as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address if you are uncertain.

If you request a delivery to a business, we shall consider the delivery to be successful, if it is delivered to a reception area and signed for by a representative at that address.

After your order has been submitted, please allow up to four days for processing. This is an estimate though and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that orders can only be delivered within the United States.

We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. All parcels are delivered by a common carrier. Do not accept damaged goods.

We must be notified of damaged goods within 2 days of delivery.
